I have worked for Project Resource for 8 years now, starting my employment near the very beginning of the company’s formation. When I started there was only me, Derek and Bill (company founders), and I have seen us grow to 40 staff, helped hire many of our team, watched them grow from inexperienced recruiters to become managers and team leaders, which has been very satisfying for me to see and, of course, for them to achieve.
I have worked for several recruitment companies in the past and I can say that without question that the Directors at Project Resource are the most ambitious and focused I have had the pleasure of working with. In 2010 as part of the companies clear business plan, the Directors hired a Non-Executive Director (John O’Sullivan), and also a Finance Director (Mike Allen) to help ensure the business had the very best advice and would reach its maximum potential.
I was also delighted when the company implemented its team share options in the business, which meant that all the team, and any newly employed team members would be financially rewarded the better the company does, which is great and highly motivating.
I am probably at the most challenging moment of my career, given the ambitious business plan we are all striving to achieving. In April we will be focusing on expanding into the North West of England with real purpose, we have hired a Principle Recruitment Consultant to head this growth, and we will open a physical office in July 2011. We already have our Reading recruitment office and Solihull recruitment office, and now after the North West office opens we are moving our attention to opening a London recruitment office in 2012.

You could be one of our next success stories. In addition to consultants, we are seeking a Team Leader to manage the London Team. You would still sell, train and develop those around you, but core focus is to achieve the business plan objectives and increases service offering, whilst maintaining profitability. You will work closely alongside an experienced Board of Directors and Management team
We also want to hire an entry level or experienced recruiter to join the London team, with a view to becoming a London expert and valued team member.
